Our CSR initiatives are focused on uplifting lives, empowering individuals, and enabling communities to reach their full potential. To Achieve Our CSR Objectives,
Aayush Corporation Focuses on the Following Activities

01. Eradicating hunger, poverty

Eradicating hunger, poverty, and malnutrition.

Promoting preventive healthcare and sanitation, ensuring access to clean drinking water, and
participating in disaster relief efforts.

Advancing education and enhancing vocational skills, particularly among children, women,
the elderly, and differently abled individuals, along with supporting livelihood enhancement.

Promoting gender equality and empowering women.

Establishing homes and hostels for women and orphans, creating facilities
for senior citizens, and addressing inequalities faced by socially and economically disadvantaged groups.

Ensuring environmental sustainability through ecological balance, animal welfare,
agroforestry, renewable energy projects, and conservation of natural resources.

Preserving national heritage, art, and culture, and supporting traditional arts and handicrafts.

Supporting armed forces veterans, war widows, and their dependents.

Implementation of CSR Activities

Implementation of CSR Activities

Aayush Corporation is committed to implementing its CSR objectives professionally and effectively. The CSR Committee will oversee the selection, execution, and monitoring of CSR activities to ensure they align with the company’s goals and societal needs.
      

Governance

Each year, the CSR Committee will present a CSR Plan to the Board, outlining the CSR programs and associated budgets for the financial year. The Board will review, modify, and approve the plan as necessary. The company’s CSR activities will be transparently reported in the Annual Report.

CSR Expenditure

CSR expenditure will cover all direct and indirect costs associated with implementing CSR programs as per the approved CSR Plan. Any surplus from CSR activities will be reinvested into CSR efforts, ensuring continuous support for our initiatives. This net amount will be reported as CSR expenditure.

General

All provisions of the CSR Policy are subject to revision in accordance with new guidelines, notifications, circulars, or rules issued by the Government from time to time. Aayush Corporation reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel any provisions of the policy as necessary.
